I’ve recently had the pleasure of working with Lost Harbour Spirits, a female-owned distillery out of West Palm Beach, on a series of photos for their social media channels. With all the bottles I needed to shoot, I couldn’t help but think of ways to incorporate Lost Harbour liquors into my cocktail hour.
A Paloma is typically made with tequila, but in an ode to The Sunshine State, I’ve chosen a Florida-made vodka for the fresh squeezed grapefruit juice which is easy to find around here. This is a good one for parties because there are so few mixers. Enjoy!
Vodka Paloma

1 1/2 ounces fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
1/2 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice
Soda water
Grapefruit wedges, for garnish
Combine vodka, grapefruit juice and lime juice in a highball glass and stir to combine. Fill the glass three-quarters of the way with soda water. Add a few ice cubes and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
